• Attorney, graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB).
• He has been involved in courses in Management at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA), as well as specialization courses on the Organic Law of Municipal Regime, Organic Law of Administrative Procedures, Bank Safety, among others.
• President and Founder of the Municipal Police Institute in Maracaibo, Zulia state, he has worked as business and safety counsel for companies such as Seguridad y Vigilancia Industrial (SEVINCA), Deutag de Venezuela, and P.P. Profesionales de Protección, C.A, of which he is founding member.
• He has also worked as Chief of Service at the Commercial Registry in Caracas, as an attorney for the National Fund for Urban Development and as legal assistant to the Mayor of Maracaibo.
• He has served as Chair of the Nautical Club of Maracaibo, Director of the Security and Vigilance Chamber (CANAVIPRO), Member of the Board of COMDIMA, among others.
